Fed up with paying £40 per kg

I have got to that stage of my UK life where I am fed up with paying £40 per kg for Biltong. So I resolved to make some of my own. I bought some meat (still not the cheapest thing in the UK), soaked the strips in vinegar and added some spices. I constructed a drying box from cardboard and an old lamp and here is the evidence...

I will let you know what it tastes like!
