We had some visitors over December and they took to the cold weather fairly well. Ben and Anna took their grandparents to Aberlour Village and the Hopeman caves, as well as taking UNcle Jon and Aunty Sal in search of Nessie.

Christmas 2012
This past Christmas the masses descended on the Schonken home in the North of Scotland. My folks arrived from South Africa, my brother, Nico and Fiona with their daughter Chloe, came up from Cambridgeshire and Melanie's brother, Jono, and his wife, Sal, flew in from South Africa via a skiing holiday in France. It was a busy time in the house, with loads of walks and food. Here are a couple of pictures to remember the good times...
