Flying a Kite

We spent about an hour yesterday in the park flying Ben's kite (Thanks Mike, Cathy & Abigail). Ben absolutely loved the experience!

The challenge of potty training...

We started with serious potty training on Sunday afternoon and this picture represents our success rate so far. The sticker chart(as rudimentary as it is) is a wonderful motivator, and after 10 stickers Ben gets a treat.

His success rate has been mapped out for you to see. We will keep you posted, but probably won't show any of the results. I don't want to upset Andre & Gareth with rude images!

At last I have convinced Mel to have a picture taken of the bump. This is her at 30 weeks...

Sleeping in late & happy Valentines Day

First day of half-term break and we were able to sleep in late. Such a nice feeling, but we still have loads of work to do around the flat, unpacking boxes and packing cupboards etc neatly.

Being Valentines day, Melanie got breakfast in bed this morning and is taking the day very easy. It is cool to be around and I plan to enjoy the day relaxing and reading.
